A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §48-25A-1, §48-25A-2 and §48-25A-3, all relating to the creation of a Maternal Mortality Review Team; establishing its members and responsibilities; and giving the Bureau of Public Health Rule Making authority for the team.".
